Seattle Jobs Initiative, Career Pathways booklet

Seattle Jobs Initiative is a nonprofit organization that creates opportunities for people to support themselves and their families through living wage careers. Charting A Path is a public policy book that explains the framework of Career Pathways, a program that partners education and occupational sectors to provide training and support services to low-income, low-skill adults. Partnering with local photographer Kathryn Barnard (www.kathrynbarnardphoto.com), I combined bold photography with information rich graphics to comfortably pace a text-heavy document.
